I made this film to shine a light in the darkest corners where Homeless are lost for years, forgotten and discarded by a broken system.

Families of four packed into one room at a welfare motel for years, given sulphur tasting water, bed bugs, no kitchen and a fridge that holds a six pack. Children run barefoot and un-parented in the parking lot where drugs and prostitution are as frequent as the cops and ambulances that come screaming & skidding in to break up a fight or Narcan an OD.

Meanwhile, in the lobby Social Services runs an after school program that few attend and Back to School book bags are left untouched. Like them. This is our America.
